On Thursday, July 6, 2023, at exactly 10:30 AM, in the office of the Chairman of the Management Council of Benghazi, a meeting is held. Present at the meeting are Engineer Abdulhamid Musa Awad, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emaar Libya Holding Company, accompanied by Mr. Fadil Ahmed Al-Zawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Emaar Libya Advertising Company, and Mr. Belqassem Al-Tawati, Executive Director of Emaar Libya Advertising Company. Also in attendance is Engineer Saqr Bouguwari, Chairman of the Management Council of Benghazi Municipality, along with Mr. Abdelbaset Al-Jazoui and Mr. Ahmed Faraj Al-Taira, members of the Management Council, and Mr. Nasser Belaid Al-Awjli, Deputy of the Municipality Diwan, and Mr. Yousef Al-Zawawi Hamad, Director of the Dean’s Affairs Office in Benghazi Municipality.

The meeting discussed initiating procedures to sign an exclusive investment contract with Emaar Libya Advertising Company in the field of advertising within Benghazi Municipality.
