On 15 Mar 2023, the idea of founding Emaar Libya Holding Company emerged to become the leading company in various fields of investment, industry, agriculture, and infrastructure development, aiming to uplift the country and achieve the desired growth.

Engineer Abdulhamid Moussa Awad, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, announced the establishment of EmaarLibya Holding Company, which will serve as a new gateway to meet the requirements of the phase and the country's need for reconstruction and development.

From here, the idea of founding EmaarLibya Holding Company emerged to become the leading company in various fields of investment, industry, agriculture, and infrastructure development, aiming to uplift the country and achieve the desired growth.
